Two of Shetland's finest musicians, Steven Spence and Gary Peterson, will be appearing on the Ceol Special TV programme to be broadcast on ITV1 at 11.40pm on Monday 22nd Dec 2008.
Shetland Young Promoters Group , a joint initiative between Shetland Youth Services and Shetland Arts, is to hold its first meeting at 2.30pm on Saturday 6th of December at the Shetland Arts office in the Toll Clock Centre, Lerwick.
£2.8 million of support for Mareel from the European Regional Development Fund has been announced today (03/12/08), completing the funding package.
