The incredible musical saga of the late Thomas Fraser appears to go from strength to strength. Although there is no official Thomas Fraser album release this year, an album of recordings made by his friend and musical companion Arthur Pottinger, also from Burra, has just hit the streets. The links are clear, as the music on the album was recorded way back in 1962 by Thomas Fraser in his house at Setter in Burra, where he also recorded thousands of his own songs, the ones now propelling him to postumous international stardom.
