Shetland band 'Black Bic Biro' have just completed a triumphant first gig (showcase) in Glasgow's 'Maggy May's' venue in front of a large audience and, perhaps even more importantly, also in front of a number of highly interested members of the national music industry, who are potentially looking to sign the band - perhaps to a major label.

Black Bic Biro recently supported 'Franz Ferdinand' during their Shetland gig in the Whiteness and Weisdale Hall, while their recently released EP was also featured on Vic Galloway's Radio Scotland show in his 'Unsigned Heroes' slot.
