Aberdeen's legendary performing arts venue the Lemon Tree, which was forced to close last year with the loss of around 50 jobs, is set to re-open again under new management. Aberdeen City Council have stepped in to save the venue, a favourite of Shetland musicians, perfomrers and audiences alike, and it will now be managed by Aberdeen Performing Arts, who also run the city's Music Hall and His Majesties Theatre.
