Lemon Tree Saved

Aberdeen's legendary performing arts venue the Lemon Tree, which was forced to close last year with the loss of around 50 jobs, is set to re-open again under new management.

Aberdeen City Council have stepped in to save the venue, a favourite of Shetland musicians, perfomrers and audiences alike, and it will now be managed by Aberdeen Performing Arts, who also run the city's Music Hall and His Majesties Theatre.

Further details are not know at present, but watch this space for these as they happen.
