Jo Barlow, experienced musician and Alexander Technique teacher, is holding workshops on Wednesday 2nd April in the Waterside Suite at the Clickimin Centre. The workshops aim to help musicians to release tension, improve posture and enhance performance. Group workshops start at 10am with individual 30 minute sessions in the afternoon from 2pm. The group work fee is £15 per person and individual sessions are £14. Places are limited so booking is essential.
